• We collect information you provide (such as name, username, email, breakfast content you choose to store, and support messages) and certain information collected automatically (such as device information, usage statistics, crash logs, and location if you allow it).
• We use this information to provide and maintain the Services, personalize your experience, improve performance and safety, provide customer support, and comply with law.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not perform face recognition or biometric identification.
• When you choose to upload content for one-time processing or generation, it is processed on Oohla Team servers, not shared with any third party for that processing, and deleted promptly after processing.

Content you create and choose to store may include photos you add to breakfast entries, notes/text you enter, and optional voice input (if available).

Customer support may include the messages and information you submit to support.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device and technical information may include device model, operating system version, app version, and language/region settings.

Usage data may include interactions and usage statistics.

Crash and performance data may include crash logs and diagnostics.

Location informationOnly if you allow it may include precise or approximate location depending on your permissions and device settings.

If you access web-based components of the Services, we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and help understand usage. You can control cookies via browser settings.

Some features may process photos, notes, or voice input to produce a one-time result (for example, formatting, summarizing, or creating an archive entry). When you choose to use such features:

• Your uploaded photos and/or text are processed on Oohla Team servers.
• We do not share the uploaded photos/text with any third party for this processing.
• We do not use the uploaded photos/text to train models or for marketing.
• After processing is completed, we delete the uploaded photos/text promptly.
• You control whether to upload and whether to generate results.

We may share information only as follows and in the minimum amount necessary:

• With your consent when you direct us to do so.
• With service providers (trusted processors) who process information under our instructions and must protect it.
• For legal reasons to comply with law or enforce our policies.
• To protect rights, safety, and security of Oohla Team, users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption (in transit and where appropriate at rest), access controls, regular security reviews, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Account data: retained while your account is active.
• After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days where feasible.
• Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
• Customer support content: retained for up to 6 months.

We may retain certain information in de-identified or aggregated form.
